Bowel Issues

Bowel problems can start to take over your life. Issues such as constipation, frequent bowel movements, and leaking stool can lead to embarrassment and frustration.

  • Your pelvis is full of muscles that are responsible for controlling bowel, bladder, and sexual function. We call these muscles your “pelvic floor.” When the muscles of your pelvic floor become tight or weak you may experience urine leakage, bowel troubles, pelvic pain, low back pain, hip pain and more. Pelvic floor physical therapy is specialized PT designed to treat these problems.

  • Women experience pelvic floor changes throughout every stage of life.  From getting your first menstrual cycle, to becoming intimate, pregnant and post-partum, to menopause and beyond. Each stage brings changes and sometimes challenges to your pelvic floor. You can relax knowing you are finally in the right place to begin healing.

  • Perimenopause-Menopause coaching allows us to work together so you can smoothly transition to the next half of your life.

This stage of life brings new challenges to your pelvic floor, but also effects your brain function, emotional health, bone health, heart health, & more.

If you want to improve your sleep, increase energy, decrease brain fog, and better understand this stage of life than this is the program for you.
